RETURNS

Please email first detailing the problem before returning the item.

Returns must be made within 14 working days after the date of delivery.

A full refund including all postage and packaging charges will be made.

However it is the buyers responsibility to pay for all the return postage costs and to ensure the item is returned in the condition it was originally posted, it is strongly recommended the buyer insures the item being returned.
